Cospan was founded by Sonali Batish in July, 2020 with the mission to allow CEOs and Founders to focus on market-facing activities leading to growth. Sonali is a passionate businesswoman, and a self-proclaimed scale addict. And is always looking for ways in which businesses can gain scale with efficacy and efficiency. Her other passions are enabling women entrepreneurs, encouraging girls in STEM and working on education-based solutions to bridge the socio-economic gap. In her spare time, Sonali runs a podcast My2.0, power lifts and listens to endless podcasts. She lives in McLean, VA with her husband, three children and a Goldendoodle.
